Nduja ME started with a bunch of Italians, a lot of years in hospitality and one simple idea: Italian should be fun.

The food hits the table. The Spritz arrives. Someone turns the music up. And “we’ll just have one” becomes “…should we get another?” That’s the feeling we built N'duja ME around.

Proper Italian food, a seriously good Spritz and cocktail list, deep house and remixed Italian classics, and a room full of people who came for dinner and forgot to leave. Serious about the food. Not very serious about anything else.

Even the team wears it. You might be served by “50% Spritz, 50% Bad Thoughts”, be reminded that “not everything you desire is on the menu”, or spot “Nduja ME… if you dare”. Warning or invitation? Both. 😉
